The town , in the province of Venice, is renowned for the production of carrots and radicchio. Thanks to the packaging centre of 1800 Sq. meters, and a production capacity of 1,500 tonnes a day, Pavianifrutta exports its products all over Europe.

The production, on a cultivation of 100 HA, is based on innovative concepts of integrated agriculture which encourage the 70 % reduction, on the maximum limits fixed by the Italian legislation, in the use of phytosanitary.
